Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering or placing any bet on ng777. By creating an account you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User") and ng777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ng777 website located at ng777.ws, including all related services, games, betting markets, payment facilities, and promotional content offered through the platform. These T&C apply to all registered players and must be read in conjunction with the ng777 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion rules published on the platform.

By registering an account, accessing any game or betting market, making a deposit, or claiming any bonus on ng777, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these T&C in their entirety. 2. Definitions

Platform

The ng777 website at ng777.ws and all associated services, games, and features accessible to registered players.

Player Account

A unique account registered by an eligible individual using a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, granting access to the ng777 platform.

Wallet Balance

The total funds held in a Player Account, comprising real-money deposits, bonus funds (where applicable), and winnings pending withdrawal.

Wagering Requirement

The number of times a bonus amount must be staked before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x).

3. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the ng777 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

  • Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. ng777 will verify your age during the KYC process. Providing false age information is a serious breach of these T&C and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
  • One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on ng777. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated bonuses, winnings, or wallet balances will be forfeited without recourse.
  • Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
  • Jurisdictional Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of ng777 is lawful in your jurisdiction. ng777 does not warrant that access to or use of the platform is legal in all locations. If you are unsure, please seek independent legal advice before registering.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

ng777 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following terms apply to all payment transactions on the platform:

  • Deposit Ownership: All deposits must be made from payment accounts (bKash wallet, Nagad wallet, bank card) that are registered in your own name. ng777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party account, it will be reversed and the Player Account may be suspended pending investigation.
  • Currency: All transactions on ng777 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currency conversion is not supported. Players must deposit and withdraw in BDT only.
  • Unclaimed Balances: Player Account balances that remain inactive (no login, no transaction) for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of ৳100 per month, deducted from the dormant balance. Players will be notified via SMS before any such deduction is applied.
  • Bonus Funds: Bonus funds credited to your ng777 wallet are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly — they must first satisfy the stated wagering requirement before any resulting winnings are eligible for cash withdrawal.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals — Summary Terms

The following summary terms apply to all payment transactions processed through the ng777 platform:

Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on ng777 is ৳200. ng777 does not charge deposit processing fees on bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay transactions. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside ng777's control.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC identity verification using a valid National ID (NID). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5–15 minutes for bKash and Nagad under normal operating conditions. ng777 reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawal requests as part of standard anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures.

Fraud and Chargebacks

Any attempt to reverse, chargeback, or dispute a deposit transaction after it has been credited to your ng777 wallet will result in immediate suspension of your account, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to the relevant payment provider. ng777 employs automated fraud detection to identify suspicious transaction patterns and reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

ng777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL season. The following general terms apply to all ng777 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

  • One Bonus Per Player: Each promotion may be claimed once per registered player account. Attempting to claim the same promotion via multiple accounts, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods constitutes bonus abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.
  • Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all ng777 bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of bonus activation. Bets placed on live casino Baccarat, Roulette, and certain low-RTP slot games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%) towards wagering requirements — full contribution details are listed in each promotion's specific terms.
  • Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Player Account without notice. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.
  • Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as a result of winnings generated from a welcome or reload bonus is capped at 10x the original bonus amount. Winnings exceeding this cap will be forfeited upon withdrawal request.

7. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

ng777 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable experience for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ng777 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent ban:

  • Using automated scripts, bots, macros, or any software tool to interact with games, betting markets, or the ng777 platform in a manner not intended for human players.
  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market available on ng777.
  • Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or manipulating the platform in any way.
  • Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activities. ng777 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will report suspected financial crime without prior notice to the account holder.
  • Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity, age, or payment information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or withdrawal processing.

ng777 uses automated monitoring and human review to detect prohibited conduct. Players found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct will have their accounts closed, all balances forfeited, and will be permanently prohibited from registering a new account on the ng777 platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ng777 platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, user interface design, trademarks, logos, marketing copy, promotional materials, and structural design — is the exclusive intellectual property of ng777 or its licensed content providers (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). No element of the ng777 platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, adapted, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of ng777.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ng777 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, data harvesting, scraping, reverse engineering, or redistribution of ng777 platform content in any form.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ng777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ng777 platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, interruption of service, or any unauthorised access to your Player Account resulting from a failure on your part to maintain the security of your login credentials.

ng777 shall not be liable for any losses, delays, or errors arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party payment provider failures, force majeure events, or regulatory actions affecting the availability of the platform in any jurisdiction.

10. Responsible Gaming Commitment

ng777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its platform. Every registered player has access to the following responsible gaming tools directly within their ng777 account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks), and self-exclusion (minimum 6 months). These tools are designed to be activated by the player within 2–4 taps of the account settings screen — they are not buried behind a support ticket.

In the event of a material change to the T&C that may significantly affect player rights or obligations, ng777 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via SMS or platform notification. Continued use of the ng777 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised T&C.

12. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these T&C or your use of the ng777 platform shall first be subject to good-faith resolution through ng777's customer support channel. ng777 aims to resolve all player disputes within 5 business days of a formal complaint being submitted. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the support channel, the matter may be escalated in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures communicated to the player at that time.
